General Return Conditions

All product sizes are mentioned in the product details. Kindly check measurements before ordering. Returns due to size issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.

A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Return Shipping

Customers are requested to bear ₹120 as return shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

Please record a clear unboxing video (360° view) in good lighting when opening your package. This is required to process any claims for damaged items or missing products.

Without this video, damage claims will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
Minor color or design variations from product images are not considered defects.
If the item is unavailable for exchange, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card company – it may take some time for your refund to reflect.
